The annual education retreat continues to grow year after year, and the 2018 experience won't disappoint. This year's retreat combines fun and fellowship with learning and expanding knowledge. Deer Creek Lodge provides a wide range of activities onsite, Chapter activities will be scheduled throughout the weekend. Two weeks prior to the event you will receive an email to select the activities and sessions you will attend while at the Retreat.

Please note that this event is for patients and their immediate household members. Additional guests cannot be accommodated at this time (grandparents, aunts/uncles, cousins, friends, etc.). Any reservations including non-household members will be canceled. Any attendees arriving at the site with unregistered guests will also be canceled.
Participation Expectations - this event is focused first on providing quality education opportunities. Those members who attend are expected to fully participate in the educational components of the weekend (this includes all members of the registration as age allows). Those who do not comply may be invoiced $150 per person of their registration.
Financial Responsibility - we recognize that there may be the need for cancellations. We ask that you notify us as soon as you are able to let us know you will no longer be able to attend. Often we have a waiting list and are able to send another member in your place. Due to the high demand of this event those who no show may be invoiced for the cost of their stay (approximately $150 per person).
